We all know that we should be doing a better job taking care of ourselves, especially during times like these! But what does that look like? Self-care is more than just doing the same thing over and over. In fact, depending on the source, you can easily come up with between 5 and 8 different categories of self-care and we want to encourage you to explore some of them.
Come along with us on this challenge to try out different kinds of self-care and get rewarded for it! Over the next 6 weeks we will be posting a new theme each Monday at 9 am. All you have to do is make time to practice self-care that relates to that theme three times that week and tell us about it. And if you’re really up for a challenge try to stick with it through the last week when we’ll be aiming for one self-care task each day for six days (one for each theme we already did plus one extra).
How to enter the contest
Just submit a short paragraph telling us what you did for self-care related to that week’s theme and how you felt about the activities you did. If you want to get really creative feel free to include pictures, videos, or anything else you would like to share with us. Submissions must be received by midnight on the Monday after the theme of the week was posted.
What could you win?
Prizes will include gift cards for a variety of different places and will be drawn each week. A grand prize will be drawn for people participating in our 6 day self-care challenge.
Prizes will be drawn and winners announced on Instagram and contacted on Tuesdays.
